place. That’s why dog enthusiasts from across the country have come together to nominate seven of the top dog trainers in the U.S.A. For Greatmats’ third annual National Dog Trainer of the Year Award. The award, part of Greatmats annual National Award Series, is designed to recognize those trainers who have had a positive impact in their communities through not only their dog training skills but community service and inspiration.

The public will determine the two finalist for the award through a social media vote Nov. 16-30 on Greatmats Facebook page. Then Elizabeth BerryGreatmats will choose the winner of the award, who will also receive his/her choice of new dog training flooring or a cash option.

This year’s nominees, representing six different states, are:

 

Arizona

Two-time defending National Dog Trainer of the Year Jeremy Joseph Brown of The Complete Canine in Tucson.

California

America’s Got Talent finalist Sara Carson of The Super Collies in San Diego.

Rehoming specialist Elizabeth Berry of Four The Paws in Novato.

 

Connecticut

World obedience champion Leigh Sylvester of Paws ‘N Effect in Hamden

Florida

Inmate rehabilitation supporter Dee Hoult of Applause Your Paws in Miami

 

 

Minnesota

Greatmats National Personal Trainer of the Year Award Nominees

Milltown, WI – A high-profile field of personal trainers will find themselves in a new position Nov. 16-30 when they will be the ones getting cheered on and motivated by their adoring fans. This group of trainers, which include TV personalities, social media influencers, beauty pageant trainers, and even senior citizen motivators have been nominated by their peers, fans and community members for the 2017 National Personal Trainer of the Year Award in honor of making a positive impact on their respective communities. The award, presented by Greatmats, is part of Greatmats 3rd Annual National Award Series recognizing trainers and instructors who best represent the virtues of Service, Integrity and Quality.

Supporters of these seven personal trainers, and their efforts, will take part in a social media vote on Greatmats Facebook page Nov. 16-30 to determine the two finalists for the award. Greatmats will choose the finalist that it feels best represents those three qualities to be named National Personal Trainer of the Year. The winner will receive his/her choice of gym flooring or a cash option, courtesy of Greatmats.

This year’s nominees represent five different states. The nominees are:
